Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions:
Line a baking dish with parchment paper
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine vegan dark chocolate chips and coconut oil
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth
Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, chopped almonds, and sea salt until well combined
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula
Place the dish in the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is set
Once set, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes
Cut into bars using a sharp knife
