Keto Low Carb Salad Dressing



A flavorful and versatile keto salad dressing that's low in carbs and suitable for various types of salads. It's easy to make and adds a zesty kick to your favorite greens.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon erythritol or stevia optional for sweetness

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, and Dijon mustard until well combined

Add salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, and dried thyme

Whisk until all ingredients are fully incorporated

Taste the dressing and adjust seasoning if necessary

If you prefer a sweeter dressing, add erythritol or stevia and whisk again

Pour the dressing into a jar or bottle with a tight-fitting lid

Store in the refrigerator for up to a week

Shake well before using
