Meyer Lemon and White Chocolate Biscotti



Delight in the delightful combination of zesty Meyer lemons and creamy white chocolate with these biscotti. Perfect for dipping in your favorite hot beverage!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Zest of 2 Meyer lemons
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet

Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and Meyer lemon zest together in a bowl using a whisk

Add the white chocolate chips and mix them in

Beat the eggs and vanilla extract together in a different bowl until they are well mixed

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients little by little until a dough forms

On a floured surface, roll the dough into a log that is about 12 inches long

Put the log on the baking sheet that has been prepared and slightly flatten it

After the oven is hot, bake the log for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is firm and slightly golden

Take it out of the oven and wait ten minutes

Bring the oven's temperature down to 325F 160C

Carefully cut the log into biscotti that are 1/2 inch thick across the diagonal with a sharp knife

Put the biscotti back on the baking sheet with the cut side facing down

Turn the biscotti over every 10 to 15 minutes for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until they are crisp and golden

Put them on a wire rack to cool down after taking them out of the oven

The biscotti are ready to eat once they have cooled down

With this top-secret recipe, you can enjoy the ultimate chocolate chip cookie experience. These cookies are the perfect combination of chewy and crispy, and they're loaded with rich chocolate chips.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Before you start cooking, heat the oven to 375F 190C

Put the flour and baking soda in a small bowl and mix them together

Put away

While the butter is soft, mix the light brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until the mixture is creamy and smooth

One at a time, add the eggs and beat well after each one

Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix them together until they are just barely combined

Add the chocolate chips and mix them in

Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto baking sheets that have not been greased

The cookies should be baked in an oven that is already hot for 9 to 11 minutes, or until they turn golden brown

After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheets before moving them to wire racks to cool all the way
