Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup Sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
To make the marinade, put honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and vegetable oil in a bowl
Pour the marinade over the chicken wings in a large bag that can be closed again or a shallow dish
Check that the wings are coated evenly
Put the mixture in the fridge for at least an hour, but preferably overnight
Warm up the grill over medium-high heat
Take the wings out of the marinade and let the extra drip off
Add pepper and salt
Place the wings on a grill that has already been heated up
Cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning them over once or twice, until they are fully cooked and have a nice char
While the wings are on the grill, baste them with any extra marinade to make them taste even better
Move the wings to a serving platter after they are done cooking
Put chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top
Serve the spicy Sriracha hot wings hot and enjoy them!
