Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Chianti Classico wine
- 500g spaghetti pasta
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 400g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
Follow the directions on the package to cook the spaghetti until it is al dente
Warm up the olive oil in a different pan over medium-low heat
Add the minced garlic and cook until it smells good
Put diced tomatoes from a can, dried oregano and basil, salt, and pepper in the pan
Let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes
After the spaghetti is done, drain it and mix it with the tomato sauce
Toss the spaghetti to cover it all
