Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
Remove any debris and stems before washing and preparing the berries
The berries, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and water should all be combined in a big pot
After the sugar has dissolved, stir the mixture over medium-high heat
After the mixture reaches a boil, lower the heat to a simmer and let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the jam thickens to the right consistency
During cooking, skim off any foam that appears on the surface
After taking the pot off the stove, give the jam some time to cool
Transfer the heated jam into sterile jars and firmly close them
Before keeping the jars in the refrigerator, let them cool completely
